Turquoise-green malachite crusts meet rosettes of jet-black specular hematite, with a slender clear quartz point rising from the middle and tiny red garnet grains scattered across the surface. Four minerals in a thumbnail-size piece, each a different colour.
Inner Mongolia's skarn deposits produce these unusual combinations; the black specularite rosettes against green copper minerals are the highlight.
At 26 g (0.9 oz) it is a miniature specimen that fits a miniature cabinet or a desk display. Sold exactly as photographed; any known repair, mount, treatment or condition note is disclosed in this listing.
