About this specimen

One crystal, no matrix. This Pakistani aquamarine is close to water-clear, holding only a faint blue cast that shows in the thicker part of the stone and drains away toward the rounded, lightly striated faces at the rim. Pale veils drift through the interior like smoke that never settled.

Aquamarine is the blue variety of beryl, Be3Al2Si6O18, coloured by iron in the channel sites of its hexagonal framework — less iron, paler stone, which is exactly what a specimen this transparent trades away for its clarity. At Mohs 7.5–8 beryl is hard enough to live loose in a case without picking up scratches from its neighbours.

The crystal measures 3.3 cm × 3.3 cm × 3.3 cm and weighs 30 g. It is shown propped on white putty on a clear acrylic block; the crystal in every frame here is the one that will be packed for you.

About Aquamarine

Aquamarine is a cyclosilicate mineral valued for its hardness and gem potential, with known Chinese sources.

Frequently asked questions

Will I receive the exact specimen shown?

Yes. Every specimen is a single, one-of-a-kind piece, and the photographs show the exact item you will receive — never a stock photo.

Is this Aquamarine natural?

Yes — specimens like this form naturally. As is standard in the trade, some pieces are gently cleaned or trimmed; we photograph the actual specimen and describe its origin and condition conservatively.

How is it packed and shipped?

Orders ship worldwide with fully insured, tracked delivery, carefully packed to protect fragile crystals. A display base is included.

Can I return it?

Yes — there is a 14-day return window.
