About this specimen
A dense, ink-dark core sits inside the clear body of this slim double-terminated quartz from Yunnan, so the crystal looks like a glass capsule holding a shadow. Light passes freely through the clear outer zone and both pointed ends, which makes the dark heart stand out from every angle. One tip has slight natural damage, as noted by the supplier.
