About this specimen
A blocky, pale pink feldspar crystal with smooth faces, capped along the top by a crust of tiny clear quartz crystals and pale green mica. It is listed as a rare-mineral pegmatite piece from Pakistan; the visible species are feldspar, quartz and mica.
A Pakistani pegmatite miniature that stands on its flat base; the contrast between the smooth feldspar and the sparkling quartz cap is the feature.
