Both phantoms inside this water-clear Brazilian tower stop flat at the top, like desert mesas. One is a white phantom, a pale plateau beneath the tip; the other is made of fine blue needles, invisible in casual daylight but glowing as a blue, table-topped mountain when a lamp shines through against a dark background.
The quartz is exceptionally transparent, with crisp polished faces and a tip cut at an angle, while frosted white veils rise from the base. It is a collector's piece that rewards a little lighting effort, and it looks clean and bright on any shelf even without it.
