About this specimen
Clear quartz points fan outward above dark gray galena, with one slender crystal rising prominently from the top. Small pink rhodochrosite areas sit behind the paler growth, while sphalerite and pyrite complete the association. The closer view reveals a dense fringe of fine quartz crystals around the larger points and a tiny brassy accent on the darker base. This Wuzhou miniature contrasts transparent-looking tips with compact, opaque mineral growth beneath them. Dimensions: 2.8 × 1.9 × 2.3 cm / 28 × 19 × 23 mm / 1.10 × 0.75 × 0.91 inch. Estimated weight: 32 g / 1.13 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
