A substantial lavender-purple apatite crystal rests on silvery mica from Xuebaoding, Sichuan.
The dominant apatite crystal displays a rounded hexagonal form, muted violet colour and reflective face patches above a silvery mica-rich base. Four exact video stills document the complete specimen around its full rotation. Identified as apatite from Xuebaoding, Sichuan.
