Rounded mint-green prehnite surrounds clear quartz points on this broad Qiaojia specimen, with dark babingtonite adding a fine speckled contrast.
Soft mint-green prehnite forms rounded clusters across the face of this specimen, leaving clear quartz points visible between the green growths. Dark flecks give the pale surface a peppered contrast, while the side and reverse views show the thin plate beneath the crystal-covered face. The association is prehnite, quartz and babingtonite from Qiaojia in Zhaotong, Yunnan. The photographs and turning video show the individual specimen offered here, including its front, edge and pale reverse.
