About this specimen
Pale purple creedite sprays line a dark fluorite matrix from Guizhou. Long slender blades radiate inward from the rim, creating a frosted lavender border around deeper brown-violet crystal pockets. Small clear tips catch light across the front while the rugged host remains visible between the flowers. The reverse view shows a second band of creedite and the association's rounded, naturally open cavity form. Dimensions: 3.5 × 2.2 × 3.3 cm / 35 × 22 × 33 mm / 1.38 × 0.87 × 1.30 inch. Estimated weight: 22 g / 0.78 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
