About this specimen
Purple creedite flowers spread over dark limonite with yellow carlhintzeite from Qinglong. Small lavender rosettes occupy the central ridge, surrounded by lime-yellow crystal groups and olive-green coatings. Black-brown limonite creates a rugged backdrop and deep recesses between the brighter minerals. The close view reveals fine radial blades, isolated yellow sprays, and the layered association continuing across the compact triangular matrix. Dimensions: 2.1 × 1.3 × 2.3 cm / 21 × 13 × 23 mm / 0.83 × 0.51 × 0.91 inch. Estimated weight: 5 g / 0.18 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
