About this specimen
Purple yttrofluorite cubes cover a pale Guizhou matrix with delicate creedite flowers. Lavender crystals range from tiny blocks to broader transparent-looking cubes, clustering densely around the upper half. Small pale yellow creedite sprays emerge between them and add a finer contrasting habit. The close view reveals internal violet zoning and the way the fluorite crystals wrap around the matrix rather than forming a flat crust. Dimensions: 2.8 × 2.1 × 2.8 cm / 28 × 21 × 28 mm / 1.10 × 0.83 × 1.10 inch. Estimated weight: 17 g / 0.60 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
