About this specimen
Rounded yellow calcite crystals line a dark gray vug from Fujian. Cream to mustard spheres gather across the recessed cavity, with smaller sparkling growth between them and a rough natural rind framing the opening. The cut display face reveals the full pocket while leaving the outer host rock intact. Two views show the repeated ball-like habit, color variation, and compact mounted geode form. Dimensions: 3.2 × 3 × 2.5 cm / 32 × 30 × 25 mm / 1.26 × 1.18 × 0.98 inch. Estimated weight: 19 g / 0.67 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
