About this specimen
Brown axinite blades form a dense lower group around several pale quartz crystals. One long quartz point rises prominently above the center, while shorter clear-looking points extend sideways across the darker surface. Light catches the thin brown edges differently from the broader white quartz faces. The close view reveals the overlapping blades beneath the main point and the irregular outline of the compact supporting cluster from Nandan. Dimensions: 4.2 × 2 × 3.7 cm / 42 × 20 × 37 mm / 1.65 × 0.79 × 1.46 inch. Estimated weight: 35 g / 1.23 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
