About this specimen
A clear-looking calcite point rises from a broad pale and brown mineral group. Darker brown fluorite faces appear along the surrounding edges, partly enclosed by finer cream-colored crystalline growth. The calcite's broad front reflects a light warm tone while its pointed tip remains distinctly outlined. A second angle shows the central crystal leaning slightly above the wider matrix and reveals more of the brown faces distributed beneath the pale surface covering. Dimensions: 4 × 2.3 × 2.5 cm / 40 × 23 × 25 mm / 1.57 × 0.91 × 0.98 inch. Estimated weight: 18 g / 0.63 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
