About this specimen
The blue needles in this Brazilian tower are dense and easy to see: they twist upward from a cloudy white zone in a long, curling plume that looks like smoke caught in glass. Photographed against a deep blue backdrop the angel feathers turn a vivid icy blue; in daylight they glow silvery white.
The crystal above the plume is transparent and bright, finished with a polished six-sided point. The base keeps a natural rough edge with a light golden skin. Tall and elegant, it is a showpiece for a mantel or a lit display cabinet.
