About this specimen
Purple-rimmed green fluorite and yellow muscovite form a compact old-mine specimen from Okorusu, Namibia.
Intergrown cubic-octahedral fluorite crystals show crisp purple rims around translucent yellow-green cores. Yellow muscovite adds soft rosette-like texture between the fluorite groups. The supplier identifies this as older material from the closed Okorusu Mine in Namibia. The open cluster presents purple-rimmed fluorite faces around yellow muscovite.
