About this specimen
Small, rich violet etched octahedral fluorite crystals set over a spongy, snow-white quartz matrix, from De'an, Jiangxi. The purple-and-white contrast is clean and elegant, and a row of fluorite also grows on the back. Please note: De'an's porous white quartz matrix is soft and can shed small grains, so support the base when handling and avoid pressing on the white matrix. Ships with a wooden stand.
