About this specimen
Two pale quartz points rise above a crowded base with dark speckles scattered across their faces. Several shorter, tube-like forms show small openings around the lower portion of the group. The source describes the dark associated material as unidentified, and that uncertainty is retained in this record. The angled photograph reveals more of the taller crystal's side and the irregular hollow-looking forms below, emphasizing the contrast between the broad quartz faces and the much more complex texture at the base. Dimensions: 5 × 4 × 4.5 cm / 50 × 40 × 45 mm / 1.97 × 1.57 × 1.77 inch. Estimated weight: 119 g / 4.20 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
