About this specimen
Deep blue azurite spheres gather over a bright green malachite-covered matrix. Some blue groups form a loose band across the upper half, while smaller rounded patches continue down the narrower lower section. The angled view exposes the finely textured green surface between the darker spheres. Its irregular outline gives the piece a wider upper area and a tapering base, creating a concentrated blue-and-green mineral display with rounded growth standing above the surrounding green coating. Dimensions: 5.5 × 2 × 4 cm / 55 × 20 × 40 mm / 2.17 × 0.79 × 1.57 inch. Estimated weight: 41 g / 1.45 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
