About this specimen
One small, dark botryoidal pyrite ball sits alone near the centre of a flat plate of cream-coloured, sugary fluorite, with a smaller black speck at the edge. The ball is round and the fluorite plate is smooth.
Jiangxi ball pyrite on fluorite at 41 g; a minimalist thumbnail with one dark accent on a pale field.
