A pale calcite column from Daye, Hubei is marked by source-recorded limonite inclusions. Repeating angular crystal faces stack into a narrow upright mass, with translucent cream color, smoky brown seams, and small internal patches visible through the sides. Fine natural texture coats parts of the surface without hiding the geometric growth. Two views show the stepped column, clustered terminations, and warm included zones around the compact base.
