About this specimen
Cream-colored calcite flowers rise across a matrix coated with vivid blue gibbsite from Guizhou. Layered pale blades form rosettes and branching groups, while electric-blue mineral growth fills cavities and traces the lower edge. The close view reveals fine calcite points around the larger flowers and deeper blue areas tucked beneath them. A triangular profile keeps the contrasting colors visible across one broad, highly textured face. Dimensions: 5.9 × 2.6 × 3.7 cm / 59 × 26 × 37 mm / 2.32 × 1.02 × 1.46 inch. Estimated weight: 45 g / 1.59 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
