About this specimen
An earthy Fujian association combines green epidote, smoky quartz, pale zeolite, and feldspar. A tall olive-brown crystal ridge rises from the center, surrounded by cream blades and a granular gray-green matrix that continues across the low base. Subtle smoky translucency appears along several pointed faces. Two views show the layered mineral habits, rugged natural contacts, and compact 54 mm landscape-like profile from front and reverse. Dimensions: 5.4 × 2.3 × 2.7 cm / 54 × 23 × 27 mm / 2.13 × 0.91 × 1.06 inch. Estimated weight: 27 g / 0.95 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
