About this specimen
Several small golden pyrite crystals stand apart across a broad clear-looking fluorite face. Fine white quartz and pale crystalline growth frame the upper and outer portions of the specimen. The metallic crystals differ in size, with two larger faces near one side and smaller bright points farther across the surface. The close view emphasizes their separate positions against the pale background and the contrast between smooth faces and finer surrounding texture. Dimensions: 2.6 × 1.2 × 2.1 cm / 26 × 12 × 21 mm / 1.02 × 0.47 × 0.83 inch. Estimated weight: 7 g / 0.25 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
