About this specimen
This Namibian specimen is built around an open pocket: a window through a crust of green and yellow-green fluorite cubes reveals clear, colorless quartz crystals growing inside. Small mica flakes add sparkle across the surface. Seen from the front, the cavity frames the quartz like a little crystal cave; from the back, the fluorite crust wraps the piece in color. It is a large, hand-filling cabinet specimen with a lot to look at. These photos are still frames taken from the supplier's video of this exact specimen.
