About this specimen
One larger cream-colored calcite sphere sits near the front of a gray basalt cavity, surrounded by smaller white rounded groups. Fine radial texture is visible on the prominent pale sphere, while the smaller clusters vary in size and spacing across the cavity interior. A dark rough edge frames the left side. The second view shows how the largest growth projects above the neighboring white forms, creating a clear focal point within an otherwise scattered arrangement of rounded calcite.
