About this specimen
A large pale cluster combines quartz with prehnite and source-recorded babingtonite. Cream and yellow-toned quartz crystals build a broad sculptural ridge, with soft green prehnite and darker inclusions appearing between the points. Several crystals are partly enclosed by neighboring growth, creating depth across the 150 mm specimen. Multiple views reveal the layered association, open cavities, and substantial natural matrix form without assigning a locality absent from the source record. Dimensions: 15 × 4.5 × 12 cm / 150 × 45 × 120 mm / 5.91 × 1.77 × 4.72 inch. Estimated weight: 809 g / 28.54 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
