About this specimen
Three or four lime-green creedite balls, each a tight sphere of radiating needles, sit on a pale grey matrix with rust-orange staining at the lower right. The green is unusual for creedite and glows against the plain rock.
Green creedite from Guizhou is scarcer than the orange and purple; the label also lists prosopite-group material with it. Very fragile needles: display only.
At 7.1 × 4.2 × 2.3 cm (2.80 × 1.65 × 0.91 in) and 66 g (2.3 oz) it is a small cabinet specimen that displays well on a shelf or in a cabinet. Sold exactly as photographed; any known repair, mount, treatment or condition note is disclosed in this listing.
