About this specimen

Guangxi purple-framed fluorite at 87 g; a small cabinet single crystal with soft colour.

Fluorite is the classic collector's halide: calcium fluoride that grows as cubes, octahedra and stepped combinations, often with colour zoning that shows best in daylight.

Guangxi's Daoping and Yangshuo districts produce the green pyromorphite, plumbogummite and calcite that made the province famous among collectors.

Dimensions place it in the small cabinet range, 5.9 × 4.7 × 2.6 cm (2.32 × 1.85 × 1.02 in) and 87 g (3.1 oz). The specimen is otherwise sold in the condition shown.

Each specimen is individually photographed and catalogued before it is listed.

Can I return it?

Yes — there is a 14-day return window.
