About this specimen
This Brazilian clear quartz sphere carries a large rainbow right through its heart. Sheets of colour spread across a cluster of frosted veils, layering pink, green and violet so thickly that the centre looks lit from within. Fine black specks and white feathers sit among them, adding contrast.
Turn the sphere around and the other side is much clearer, so you can see straight into the rainbow zone from a different angle. It is polished to a bright finish and heavy in the hand, a real centrepiece that deserves a solid stand and a sunny spot.
