About this specimen
Bright lime-green pyromorphite crystals grow in small bouquet-like tufts from a wedge of white quartz with an ochre-stained upper surface. The crystals are short, stacked hexagonal barrels with a resinous shine, and the green reads almost neon against the pale matrix.
