Dimensions: 6.0 × 5.0 × 3.5 cm (2.36 × 1.97 × 1.38 in); longest edge 60 mm (2.36 in).
Calcite from Fujian: flat, coin-like calcite plates stacked together like a layered cake, with hexagonal growth rings on the faces. The camera loses some of the color and the real piece is a little pinker than it looks. One side has a little polishing. Under UV light it glows a bright orange-red, shown in the last two photos.
