About this specimen
Two prominent blue-violet fluorite cubes sit near one end of a thin quartz-covered plate. Their broad reflective faces contrast with the much finer pale quartz surface, and a smaller violet crystal appears nearby. The tilted view reveals stepped edges around one large face and a shallow opening near the opposite side of the matrix. The piece has a low, elongated profile, keeping the raised fluorite cubes visually separate from the evenly textured quartz surrounding them. Dimensions: 4.8 × 1.5 × 3 cm / 48 × 15 × 30 mm / 1.89 × 0.59 × 1.18 inch. Estimated weight: 23 g / 0.81 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
