About this specimen
A cabinet-size cluster of milky garden quartz crystals with rounded, botryoidal balls of dark green epidote packed between them, so the piece alternates white and green across its whole face. The quartz has soft, rounded terminations.
Sichuan botryoidal epidote with garden quartz at 11 cm and over 400 g; the ball-form epidote is the less common version of the locality's material.
