Broad clear-looking calcite faces overlap in a fan above a finer white crystalline base. Several flat surfaces catch strong reflections through the center, while paler cloudy areas remain near the lower edges. The group widens toward its upper half, with shorter crystals gathered underneath. An angled photograph reveals the thickness of the overlapping faces and the contrast between the transparent-looking upper forms and the denser, more opaque supporting growth.
