About this specimen
This is a big, natural-colour citrine crystal left in its rough, grown state. Its top divides into three tips, and the faces are built up in stepped, skeletal layers in the way elestial quartz forms. Near the tip, trails of tiny water bubbles (enhydro inclusions) are trapped inside the quartz, and a fine, hair-like reddish coating covers much of the surface.
The colour is a gentle honey that deepens at the termination and turns milky toward the base. It arrives with a carved tree-root display stand, which sets the crystal upright and gives it real presence on a sideboard or in an entryway. The crystal has not been polished or treated, and the weight listed below is for the crystal alone, without the stand. A video shows the piece from all sides.
